Julia Rosa Maurtua Liñer was born in Trujillo, Peru on July 27th 1925 , and then married to Wilfredo Serrano Vasquez; had seven children, fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. Julia was much endeared and was well known by the family as “Mamita Julia” she was the pillar of her entire family. Julia Rosa passed on June 26th 2019 at 12:19 pm in the comfort of her home and surrounded by her children and many loved ones.
God saw you getting tired and knew peace is where it would be,
So he put his arms around you and whispered,
“Come to Me”.
With tearful eyes we watched you
And saw you pass away,
And although we love you dearly
We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.

Julia Rosa Serrano nació en Trujillo, Perú, el 27 de julio de 1925. Tuvo siete hijos, catorce nietos y dieciocho bisnietos. Julia, alias Mamita, Julia fue el pilar de su familia y será extrañada mucho. En la comodidad de su hogar y rodeada de muchos seres queridos, Julia se convirtió en nuestro ángel guardián.
Dios te vio cansarte y supo que la paz es donde estaría,
