King Blair Pennington was born on March 26, 1985 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas to Mark and Christi Pennington. He attended Conifer High School, and went on to graduate from Metropolitan State College with a degree in business. He worked as a benefits analyst for SCL Health in Denver. He was dearly loved and respected by his coworkers, and was ambitious and proud of his job. He was also a member of Red Rocks Church.
King loved to dance and go to sporting events. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys, the Texas Rangers, and the Colorado Rockies. He enjoyed all new experiences, and appreciated each one to the fullest. He was highly interested in world events and Roman history. He loved to cook, and danced to his current favorite playlist while he did.
King was an adventurer; he wanted to experience everything. He was quick to comfort others, and deeply loved all the souls he encountered. He was quick witted, very forgiving, and chose to see the best in people. He was fiercely trusting and loyal.
King is survived by his parents, his brother, John Mark, his son, Hadrian Anthony, his grandparents, Allan and Karen Cadis, and many loving friends. He is preceded in death by his faithful companion, Tygr.
King will be deeply missed on this side, but is resting in the Lord’s care until we all meet again.
