Laura Ann Martinez

Laura passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Thornton, CO on February 3, 2022, at the age of 78. She was surrounded by her family, who had been supporting her through her terrible battle with Alzheimer’s. Throughout her disease, she managed to stay her happy and loving self that we all knew and loved. She was so grateful to spend an abundance of time with her family who she cherished so much.

Survivors include her daughter, Dianna and her husband, Kurt; her son, Ralph, four adoring grandchildren: David, Ralphie, Lauren, and Dylan, and her great grandson she would have loved to meet in late March, Kaisen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph.

Celebration of Life will be at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 3rd at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery in the Pavilion, 7777 W. 29th Ave in Wheat Ridge, CO. If you plan to attend Laura’s Celebration of life, please feel free to wear colorful clothing. Laura loved colorful flowers, bumble bees, and nature. She will be cremated and kept close by, with her husband, until her family decides where their final resting place will be.
