Martha Lucille Newkirk

Martha was preceded in death by her parents Edward Roop and Margaret Rachel Stanley. Her brother Norman Lively Jr. and Grandsons Gerry and William.

She is survived by her 4 sisters Lillie Mae Flaskamp, Margaret Louise Pritt, Melissa Ann Betcher, and Crystal Lynn Lively. Her 6 children Bruce Blauth, Dale Kennamer Sr., Ralph Odom Jr., Margaret Odom, Rachel Knutson, Michael (Mary) Newkirk, and William (Rachel) Newkirk. 19 Grandchildren Dale Jr., Juaquin, Valerie, Angelo, Wendy, Jessie, Nicole, Christopher, Ward Jr., Heather, Alyssa, Autumn, Michael Jr., Serenity, Jeremiah, Matthew, Danyelle, Isabella, and Liam. as well as 20 Great Grandchildren Asyriah, Jaclyn, Alexis, Angelo Jr., Angelina, Serenity, Olivia, Kyeriana, Jauquin Jr., Matthew Jr., Demetrion, Youanne, Camila, Markayla, Jordan, Lilyanna, Morghana, Chevelle, Jean, and a baby on the way expected in October.

Martha was a woman of great determination and character. She will be missed greatly and fondly remembered by her family, friends, and all that knew her.

Funeral Service will be 2 pm on Saturday June 24th, 2017 at Brentwood United Methodist Church 1899 S. Irving St. Denver, Colorado 80219. Please join the family for a balloon release ceremony and potluck meal after the service.
