Marty was born on July, 22, 1924 in Elizabeth, Colorado.
Marty was preceded in death by her husband, Weldon Raymond "Sully" Sullivan, and her brothers, Henry and Raymond Rasmussen. Sully and Marty have two daughters Mary Anna (Woody) Madden, and Charlotte Lofland; two grandchildren, Tom (Jennifer), and Susan (Mark), two step grandchildren, Cassie (George) Neitzey, Erin (Charlie) Collins, six great-grandchildren: Connor and Brendan Bell, and Aliya, Sullivan, Auden and Kienan Lofland, and four step great-grandchildren: Patrick and Harper Neitzey, Skylar and Delaney Collins.
They made their home in Arvada for almost 70 years. Marty and Sully owned Sullivan's Appliance and TV and Sullivan's Electric for many years. They loved Arvada and took great pride in giving back to their community. Marty was an awesome mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She is best remembered by her warm attitude and contagious smile.
Services were held Feb. 8 at the Crown Hill Mortuary, Pavilion of Reflection.
