Mary Jane Moon

Mary Jane “Janie” Moon, age 79, passed away January 1, 2019. Janie was born and raised in Denver. She was a very giving person, who was always willing to do anything for anyone, never asking for anything in return. Janie loved her dogs, cats and birds; she never turned an animal away that needed a home. Janie was a breast cancer survivor of many years. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Moon and Jennifer's significant other Michael Leacott and bothers: Patrick Gartland, Timothy Gartland, Matthew Gartland, Michael Gartland, Dennis Gartland, Kevin Gartland, Jimmy Gartland and sister Ellen Gartland. Janie was preceded in death by her husband Donald Moon and her parents Barbara and Edward Gartland. Private services will be held.
