She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Robert H. Popp, Sr. in 2006. Also preceded in death by her parents Theodore and Clara Jones, sister Dorothy Rice and brother Theo Jones. Survived by children Robert H. (Susie) Popp, Jr., Kathy (Steve) Norton and Donald (Susan) Popp, grandchildren Jeffrey Popp, Jennifer Popp, Justin Norton and Sarah Popp. She will be remembered for her love of animals, gardening and neighborhood code enforcement. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing and crafted many things over the years, much of it given to her loved ones.
Viewing Sunday, December 15th, 2-4pm and service Monday, December 16th, 9am both at Olinger Crown Hill, 29th & Wadsworth. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Robert, at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery. A reception will follow.
