Richard E. "Dick" Smiley, age 84, of Denver. He was preceded in death by his wife Sara. Survived by his children Cindy Smiley and husband Ross Anderson, Richard P. Smiley and wife Mary Ann, grandchildren Del, Codie, Ben, Dan, 2 great granddaughters, sisters Jan Wagstaff and Harriet Winkler. Service 10:30 am Wednesday at Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflections.
