Samuel is survived by his wife, Kathie L. Trujillo; children Samuel E. Trujillo (Beth Consolver) and Candilaria S. Trujillo Erickson (Dale K. Erickson); sister Anna Marie Palm (Jay Palm); grandsons Elisha J. and Ezekiel I. Trujillo.
A funeral wake for Samuel will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Saint Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and a recitation of the holy rosary to follow at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 12:00 PM, Saint Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church located at 3900 Pierce St, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033. A committal service will occur at Mt Olivet Cemetery, 12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033. Following the Committal Service please join the family for a reception at The VFW Post 4171 15625 W 10th Ave, Golden, CO 80401.
