Stephen Louis James

He was born on May 20th, 1960, in Denver Colorado. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Margaret and Kenneth Palko and Ronald James. Stephen is survived by his son, Alexander James, his sister, Kristin Less, numerous cousins and aunts.

Stephen was known for being outgoing, generous, independent, empathic, funny, and having a true love for life. He was always the life of the party and ensured to include everyone. He was incredibly athletic and excelled at several sports to include skateboarding, skiing, golf, and tennis. He was good at pretty much anything he tried. He was full of energy and was ready for anything, anytime, and anywhere. He was a diehard Denver Broncos fan that bled Blue and Orange. He had an extensive knowledge of music, especially in the genre of rock and blues. His favorite band was Van Halen.

Stephen was passionate about his family and loved them all so deeply. He was a devoted and beloved son with a special bond to his mother, Margaret. Stephen was a guardian and mentor to his sister, Kristin Less. He was a caring and loving father to his son, Alexander James.

A celebration of life for Stephen will be held Saturday January 18th, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W 29th Ave. Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. Following the celebration of life will be the burial ceremony at 1:00 PM.
