Thinking of you on Memorial Day. You fought a good fight. You finished the race. I am trying to follow your example and the example of so many others. I still miss you. I live with the hope of seeing you again.

Mom, an update Martha passed away in January, and Herbie came back to live with us. He and Baxter are getting along
as I always knew they would. Missy Sue went blind and she did okay for most part but it came too hard for her. She
should be with you now if dogs do go to heaven. I had her put down on 15 May at
home. Eric is in hospice since 23 February and I am not sure how long before he leaves us. Depends on the day. Welcome him. Love Diana

Well Mom, Martin and I finished arrangements for Ron today. All our planning paid off and his insurance paid for it all. So you had a big part in that. So I can feel good I kept my promise to not have you have to go to assisted living and Ron is taken care of. I Miss you daily and am sure that will always be the case. I am blessed to have had such a wonderful Mother. Missy Sue loves
me now can you believe that. Herbie is with Dennis and he loves it there.

I want to thank you for welcoming me so warmly to the family when we first met. I knew then what a loving and caring person you are. I am so glad that Calliope and I had the opportunity to speak with you recently. I hope to instill in Calliope the same love and warmth that you have shared so often with those who knew you.

Grandma,
I don't think I ever fully appreciated how effortlessly you loved all your grandchildren. Only with time and wisdom have I truly realized how fortunate I was to enjoy your kindness and affection. You will be sorely missed.

I will miss you so much.  I'm so glad I got to talk to you on the phone and say I love you.

Grandma,
Your bright spirit will be missed.  I will treasure the letters we exchanged over the years and share them with Calliope so that she will have the chance to know you.
Thank you for loving us so much.  It will never be forgotten.

Grandma,
Words escape me to properly express my feelings… I am sad, not that you have left this mortal life, but that my wife never had the opportunity to know you.  Even from the many miles away you made a strong impression on her and for that I am grateful.   You were such a bright spot in my life, spending time, sharing special events, and ensuring that each of my brothers and sisters and I knew of your love and felt important and valued!  I cherish the memories of the times we rode the bus downtown to go to the 16th Street Mall, the grandchildren spending time with their beloved grandmother.  Your ability to show such love and attention to so many grandchildren and ensure that we felt of your love and concern is beyond words.  After we moved from Denver I know it was hard on you after so many years of having us there, to being so far away.  I know it was hard for me not having you just a short drive away!  I remember fondly the times I was able to come and visit even if it was only for a short stay.  I will cherish the two business trips I had to take to Denver and the time we had to spend together in the evenings talking and enjoying the time I was there.  Thank you for the wonderful memories and showing such love to me, my wife and children.  Truly you have left a legacy of love.

Great Grandma,
I wish I could see you again and play with you. I guess you can  play with my Grandma Bonnie. Please, give Heavenly Father  and Jesus a hug for me. Will you please, find Papi and tell him I love him  and give him  a big hug from me. I wish I could give you a big hug too!

Virginia, your impact on my life has been so great I cannot begin to express the depths of my feelings. I wanted the quilt that you so loved because before we sent it all I could see were the imperfections, but all you saw was the love that went into making it, and you loved it as you did the grandchildren who made it for you almost because of their imperfections, thank you for opening your heart to me.

Grandma I will be forever grateful for the moments that I have shared with you. You've played a major role in my life at helping me understand Who I am. You will be truly missed.I am so grateful for the knowledge of our Savior , Jesus Christ and the privilege that we have to be resurrected again. I look forward to seeing you again along with my mother Bonnie. Until then I know you and Bonnie will look down from heaven and watch over Bonnie Grace and me.

Grandma, 
Thank you for joy and happiness you have brought into my life.  You knew me personally as you did for each of my children and those who knew you.  We will miss you dearly.  Until we meet you again in the heavens.

I miss you. I know that you are blessing everyone  on the other side of the veil. Thank you for blessing my life. I will do my best to follow your shining example. I love you.

I love you and I will miss you until we are reunited again.  You lived a long and great life, thank you for sharing that life with me and my family.  I am glad we had the opportunity to say goodbye before you moved to the spirit world.  See you there.
