Bill passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness, surrounded by family, in Westminster, Colorado on August 29, 2020.
He retired from Rocky Flats, where he worked as a machinist.
Bill enjoyed working on cars and racing when he was younger. He was a skilled car mechanic for most of his life.
Bill and Linda Neighbors were married in Denver, Colorado on August 26, 1967 and enjoyed 53 years of marriage.
Bill is survived by his wife, Linda, three sons, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren: Brian Sewell (Christine) and their daughters, Brianne (Sean) Serafini and Kaylee (Patrick) Stoll as well as their daughters, Shiloh and August Stoll; Scott Bates and his sons, Justin and Cassidy; and Trent Bates (Laurel) and his children, Cassandra, Eric, and Andrew.
