

Preceded in death by his wife Elouise “Ellie” Mae Roberts Aug 12, 2011 and his former wife Earlene Frances Roberts July 14, 1984, his parents The Very Reverend Paul Roberts (d.1984), Marion Legate Roberts (d. 1980), three sisters, Jane Hunting Moss (d. 1985), Anne Roberts (d.1937), and Elise Roberts (d. 1991) and one brother Paul Roberts (d. 1937).
Survived by daughter Kay (Ken) Medved and son Paul (Anita) Roberts, 5 grandchildren Pastor Paul (Lisa) Medved, John Medved, and Melissa, Amy and P. J. Roberts and one great-grand daughter, Abigail Medved and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill was a United States Navy Veteran. In his early years, he sold cars for George Irvin Chevrolet and for many years owned his own Service Master franchise and later in life worked at Denver Auto Auction. He and Elouise loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time at Grand Lake and Estes Park. He also enjoyed being on a bowling league. Bill was for years a member of St. John’s Episcopal Cathedral, where his father served as Dean for 21 years and the last 5 years a member of St. James Episcopal Church Wheat ridge. Bill and Elouise lived most of their years in Aurora but several years ago moved to Highland West Apartments on W. 38th in Wheat ridge, CO.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the William Roberts Memorial fund through St. James Episcopal Church to be used for the support of orphan children living in New Creation Children’s Home in Kathmandu Nepal.
