Carrie Lynett Hoban

Wife of Ricky. Treasured daughter of Ballard Dusty Plymale (Nadine). Loving mother of Dylan, Alexandra (John Wentz) and Jesse Hoban and the late Matthew Doss. Proud grandmother of Mason Doss, Amaya Hoban, Landen and Delilah Wentz. Cherished sister of Kimberly Harte and Melissia "Dusty" Cohen (Michael). She is preceded in death by her mother, Margo Plymale and her father, Barry Doss.

Carrie dearly loved her children, her grandchildren and her sisters and had a amazing sense of humor. While Carrie did not always have it easy, she tried to make the best of her struggles. She enjoyed listening to music and singing out loud to the classics in the car. She loved her sweets and was even known to have a hot fudge caramel sundae for brunch! She loved the warm sun on her face and being close to the water.

Our sister, mother, aunt and friend will be deeply missed as we loved her unconditionally.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00am until the time of the service at 2:00pm.
