Cecilia P. Lowe, age 94, born on November 18, 1917 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and passed on July 14, 2012 in White Lake, Michigan. Beloved wife of the late Theodore M. Lowe; Loving mother of Barbara (Henry) Hansen, Margaret (Ben) Granlund, Ted (Ann) Lowe, and the late Terrance (Cheryl) Lowe; Cherished grandmother of Diane and Gail Hansen, Laura (Steve) Lewis, Kimberly Schultz, Alison (Joe) Neumann, Angela (Kent) Winegar, Emily Lowe, Terry B. Lowe, and the late Alexander Lowe; Great-Grandmother of Erik, Kelsey and Jakob Lewis, Kameron and Aidan Schultz, Genevieve and Margot Winegar; Dear sister of Josephine Gregory, Dorothy Kant, Anthony (Marge) Matel, Barbara (Larry) Maxim, Donald Matel, and the late Sister M. Xaverine, Rose Jachim, Anne Kuzma, Marie Dochod, Chet Matel and Richard Matel. Cecilia will lie in-state on Wednesday July 18, 2012, beginning at 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 11:00 am, at St. Patrick Catholic Church 9086 Hutchins Road White Lake, Michigan. Visitation will be on Tuesday July 17, 2012 from 2:00 – 8:00 pm, with a Rosary at 4:00 pm and a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm, at the Union Lake Road Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home 1233 Union Lake Road White Lake, Michigan Memorials may be given to St. Patrick Catholic Church.
