Edward's zest for life was evident in his many passions. He was the heart of every gathering, keeping people smiling with his corny jokes and spirited personality. An avid golfer, he enjoyed his time on the green, participating in a golf league with friends. Fishing trips, hockey games, and competitive rounds of Pinochle were among his favorite pastimes. His love for classic rock music and Laura and Kelly’s talent on the ice led him to become a music coordinator for figure skaters, where he shared his impeccable taste and enthusiasm for the arts.
Trips up North to Manistee in Michigan, as well as to the Tampa Bay area in Florida, were cherished escapes for Edward, where he could indulge in the simple pleasures of life. These moments of leisure brought him profound joy and a sense of tranquility.
Edward's journey was supported by the exceptional care provided by the oncology nurses and doctors at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital. Their dedication and compassion during his time of need were a source of comfort and strength for him and his loved ones.
