Fred G. Coleman., age 81, born on September 9, 1930 in Kalamazoo, Michigan and passed away on February 26, 2012 in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Loving husband of Beverly A. Coleman for 55 ½ years ; Beloved father of Michael (Kathy) Coleman, Jerry Coleman, & Thomas (Bonnie) Coleman; Cherished grandfather of Ariana Coleman, Brandon Whorton, step-grandfather of Shavon Beltz & step-great-grandfather of Alexandria Carmer and Andrew Beltz; brother of Cliff Coleman and Doris Coleman, the late Jim (Jean) Coleman and the late Gladys Coleman; Fred enjoyed many adventurous family vacations, and would go fishing every chance he got. He served in the Navy during the Korean War, and told some interesting stories about that time. Fred worked for General Motors until his retirement in 1999 as a tool & die maker.
