Richard Michael Mohr, of White Township, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 85 years of age.
Beloved husband of the late Jackie. Loving father of Deborah (Bill) Scheib, Mark (Christina) Mohr and Jeffrey (Angelia) Mohr. Proud grandfather of Emma, Lydia, Mason, Chloe, Andrew, Jordan, Danny and Kyle. Treasured great-grandfather of Ryland, Elodie, Maddox, Weston and Wiley. Brother-in-law of Frank and Nancy Hill. He is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Sibyl Mohr.
Richard was an avid sports fan and held a special place in his heart for the Detroit Tigers and Michigan State Spartans. In his spare time he liked playing cards, backgammon and spending time at the casino. He was a friend to all and had enjoyed many great times with his friends and neighbors, especially those on Decca Drive. He will be very much missed by all.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 23, 2024 from 1:00pm until 7:00pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake. There will be a time for memory sharing at the funeral home Monday evening at 6:00pm.
