Violet M. Perovich, age 88, of Novi, passed away January 28, 2012. Violet was born in Norwich, Norfolk, England on November 7, 1923. She is survived by her daughter Audrey (Rick) Michalski; grandchildren, Jason Raney and Jamie Grangood; great grandchildren, Collin, Miles and Ryan, her sister Audrey and her faithful companion Daisy her dog. Violet was preceded in death by her husband Frederick. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake, Michigan 48386. The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Arthritis Foundation or a charity of ones choice.
