Billy "Doc" Duree

Billy "Doc" Duree, 93, former employee for Dold Meat Packing Company, passed away on May 16, 2021. Born in Quapaw, Oklahoma on October 1, 1927 to Billy and Effie (Nunn) Duree. "Doc" loved to bowl, dance, fish and camp. He loved to watch soft ball and loved the St. Louis Cardinals. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Delilah and son, Rick Duree. Survived by his wife, Elvina; sons, Danny (Monica) Duree, Kenneth (Sally) Duree; step-sons, Jerry, Jim, Ronald and Kevin Moon; step-daughters, Sandy Moon, Shelly Sheffler, Sharon Soth, Rita Redinger, Jeanie Unruh, Samantha Leinbach; 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2021; Service: 10 a.m. Thursday, May 20, 2021, both at Hillside Funeral Home West. Burial to follow at Lakeview Gardens.
