Clarence "Hank" Barnes, age 88, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023. He was born in Hartford, Arkansas on April 6, 1935 to Clyde M. and Eurania M. (Keifer) Barnes. He was a credit manager for Victor L. Phillips Company, a position he held for 41 years. Hank is survived by his wife, Phyllis of 65 years; daughters: LeAnn Barnes and Kim Barnes; brother: Dean Barnes; sisters: Florence Seely and Edith Burrows; grandchildren: Ryan Fluker, Morgan Fluker and Andrew Lobermeier.
