Tommy was known by his big, warm, and contagious smile. Family was incredibly important to him, and always made sure that he was able to attend get-togethers. He had a soft spot for animals, especially his ball python Striker that he had received as a birthday gift from his daughter Brittany. It wasn't uncommon to find him with a slushie from Wesco in his hand (always the frozen Coke!), and many of the employees at Wesco knew Tommy on a first name basis, since he was such a regular and friendly customer. When he was feeling lucky, he was known to go on trips to the casino, where he would try his hand at black jack tables and slot machines. In quieter moments, he would go fishing, enjoying the time being outside and with nature.
Tommy was preceded in death by his step-father Michael Simonson, and his father Thomas Widing.
Left to remember him is his daughter, Brittany Lewis
Granddaughter Rylee Berg
Mother Margaret Bernard and Sam Villalpando
Sister Samantha Carrillo and Robert Dyga
Half-siblings Sarah, William, and Matthew
Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and beloved friends.
The family will be gathering privately to remember Tommy.
