Jerry Homer Wagner

Jerry was born March 2, 1940 in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Survivors include his daughter, Wendi (John) Chad (Sheila) Wagner: grandchildren, Jessica Alles, Alyssa Alles, Lindsay Bodman, Bryce, Colin, Luke, Paige Wagner; brother, Craig Wagner.

Jerry graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from University of Iowa. He served in the Colorado Air Guard/ USAF. Was married to Sharon K Wagner (Lewis) for 61 years.

Jerry held a number of senior leadership positions throughout his career in banking.

His major love and enjoyments were his wife, children. grandchildren and friends. He loved projects of any kind. Always had to stay busy. Was very engaged in his church and faith journey. Always said "I don't know what my tomorrow holds, but I know who holds my tomorrow".

He was associated with several banking committees, habitat for humanity and church property teams. Loved all animals, his country music and sitting outside on his deck, watching the sunsets.

Family and friends will gather on Friday , June 23, 2023 from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM ( service and reception). Faith Lutheran Church in Castle Rock, 303 N Ridge Road.
