Ronald Roy Kaump

Ronald Roy Kaump, born September 3, 1939 in Spokane, Washington, passed away at the age of eighty years on April 18, 2020, in his home in Santa Ana, California of which he was a long time resident of fifty-two years.

Born to parents Roy Kaump and Esther Salerno, he was self-employed in the printing business for forty years. He is survived by his loving life partner of forty-two years, Steve Geschke. His son, Danny Kaump, daughter-in-law Kathrine Kaump, who live in La Habra, California, have six adult children between them across two of the Americas, including Ron's two granddaughters, Sarah and Becky Kaump, and Becky's partner, Andres Salazar. His daughter Charlene Burda, son-in-law Jim Burda, and two grandsons Ray Burda and David Burda live in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Ron's brother Vance Kaump, and Van's partner, Dennis Mathis, and Ron's youngest brother Richard Trerise, all live in the family's hometown of Spokane, Washington. His sister Cheryl Riess and his late sister, Kathy Kaump are both from San Diego, California. His late brother, Alan Kaump, lived in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ron was a quiet and loving man who always welcomed parties and gatherings at his home so everyone could be together. He is loved and missed by many.
