Jeff was a man of faith. He loved his God and always had a Bible by his side. He enjoyed the simple things in life: golfing, fishing, hunting, and being by the water at the lake. The Detroit Lions were his number one team.
He is survived by his wife, Dawn Fitchett; brother, James (Susanna) Draper; sister, Joyce Costello; cousin, Yvonne; nephew, Michael James Ray; niece, Heather Marie Draper and best friend, Bubba. Bubba and Jeff grew up together and remained best friends throughout their lives. Bubba's friendship meant the world to Jeff.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Joyce Draper and aunt, Gladys Straight.
It was important to Jeff for his family and friends to know how much he loved them.
