

Formerly of Homer, Michigan, country living was Vicey's life.
Affectionately known as “Mama Bebo”, Vicey loved her grandkids with her whole heart and cherished every opportunity to spend time with her children and grandchildren.
She found joy in her favorite things: Mt. Dew, tacos with BBQ sauce, and enjoying movies and television. She especially loved wrestling, as well as, shows like Skinwalker Ranch and Ancient Aliens. She was known for "Aunt Mashelle's famous mac & cheese and hot dogs".
Vicey carried the responsibility of raising her children as a single mother, and she did so with determination, showing by example that women can do anything. Her selflessness, her perseverance, and her unwavering commitment to her family will be remembered.
She is survived by her children, Danielle (Chris Haughton) Hamilton, Frankie (Joshua Newsome) Queen, Larry Queen, Tabatha (Randy Nash) Hamilton, Rebecca (Jordan Prater) Plessinger, Robert Plessinger, five bonus children, grandchildren, Hunter, Skylynn, Briana, Lily, Stormie, Wyatt, Genevieve, Ariana, Jaxson, Baby Q, Jacob, Jerry, Vicy and Timmy, siblings, Dusty (Stephanie) Ratliff, John Oakie (Bonnie) Maes, Roy (Amanda) Horrell, Phillip Horrell, sister-in-law, Linda Ratliff; friends, Treasa Prater, Sherry Hall, Patty Smith, Shirly (Tim) Smith, Timmy Hamilton father of children, many nieces and nephews, special friend, Mike Stevens, and her indigenous family, Ruby Ward and Anna Miller.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Tiffany Hamilton, brother, John Ratliff, parents, Gary and Rebecca Horrell, and her parents that raised her, Demmodell and Lily Mae Ratliff.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, 6/11/2026 at 5:00PM at The Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, 16475 28 Mile Rd., Albion, MI.
