Wayne Trusty, age 90, of Albion, Michigan, passed away at home after a long illness with his family by his side on June 30, 2026. He was born in Breathitt County, Kentucky to Rub Trusty and Juley Noble.
Wayne worked for Albion Industries as a press operator for several years until he retired in 2002. He enjoyed gardening, planting flowers, and going to church when he could.
He is survived by his daughter, Dianna (Wayne) Judy of Albion; brother, Ham Trusty of Coldwater; and three great-grandchildren, Brandon, Jasmine and Julia.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Virgie (Mullins) Trusty; son, Darrell Trusty; grandson, Jason Mullins; parents, Rub Trusty and Juley Noble; brothers, Johnny Mann, Doug Trusty, Pete Trusty; sisters, Ressie Prater, Lauri Prater, and Tressie.
A graveside service for Wayne will take place on July 07, 2026, at 11:00AM at Riverside Cemetery, S Superior St., Albion, MI 49224 with a committal service by Pastor Jimmy Collins.
