Benjamin John Feller

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Memorial Chapel, 607 28th Street, Ames, Iowa 50010.

Ben was born on May 18, 1990, in Ames, Iowa to Cynthia Faith (Williams) and John Robert Feller. He graduated from Ames High School in 2008. Ben created a talent for fostering friendships that crossed a variety of personalities, generations, cultures, and beliefs. This talent continued to serve Ben well as he spent a majority of his working years as an auto parts counterman for NAPA, working in locations covering Ames, Boone and Story City. He also branched out into the construction and service industries.

On August 24, 2024, Ben was united in marriage to Lindsey Baker in Stratford, Iowa. During their time together, Ben had been diagnosed with a variety of medical conditions that eventually lead to his passing.

Ben is survived by his wife, Lindsey Feller; parents, Cynthia and John Feller; sister, Jess Feller; brother, Andrew (Erin) Feller and their daughters, Lucy, Nora, and Molly; his paternal grandfather, Dale Feller; his mother and father-in-law, Bonnie and Dwayne Baker; brother-in-law, Erik (Whitney) Baker, and sister-in-law, Holly (Adam) Ring and their daughter, Payton. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Don and Sherryl Williams and paternal grandmother, Carol Feller.
