Jan and I had so much fun growing up together. We had overnights together where we seldom slept. We were in 4-H together. We had fun at Sunday school. We went to lots of movies downtown and walked home.It seems like we are always laughing. One of my favorite memories is making no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies at her house. I don’t know how many times we made the cookies, probably five times at least in order to get ready for a 4-H demonstration. We probably ate most of them ourselves. Lots of fun memories, a sweet woman. We had such a nice visit the last time I saw her. I will keep her in my heart always.
