William was born October 19, 1944 in Ames, Iowa; he was the son of William Jason Beach Sr. and Bessie Shultz. He grew up in Ames and attended Wilson School.
Bill worked for Hallett Construction Company of Ames, Iowa for several years. He enjoyed fishing the waters in and around Ames, tending to his garden, and being outdoors.
Survivors include his sons; James Beach of Houston, TX and Jerry James “JJ” William Stout, and longtime friend Barb Peterson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; William and Bessie Beach, his daughter; Whitney Ann Beach.
