I remember Al in his rocking chair watching sports on TV. I also remember Al taking me to the airport and picking me up from the airport after trips abroad.

I was saddened and so sorry to hear of cousin Al passing away. He was a wonderful person and I loved his sense of humor. I did not get to see him as much after my move to South Carolina. I am so happy I have many fond memories of a wonderful cousin during my time living in North Carolina. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him and especially those who were a part of his family. I know he will enjoy his eternal life. He will be seeing many that preceded him. To all the family - I hope you will find comfort and peace in knowing he will no longer be in any pain and will no longer be suffering.

Love,
Betsy (Hargrove) Black
