Ann Marie Narducci, of Holly Springs, NC, passed away at the age of 86. She was born on September 5, 1939, in Hoboken, NJ, and grew up in Union City, where she graduated from Union Hill High School.
Ann often reminisced about her early years working for Equitable Life and her daily commute into New York City. She was an active member of her parish, and it was through her involvement—particularly a production of the Passion play—that she met her husband, Joel, beginning a lifelong partnership rooted in faith and family.
Ann and Joel built their life together across several homes in New Jersey. She worked for many years as a secretary and clerk with Underwood Courier, but her most cherished role was that of homemaker for her children, Laurie Narducci and Joel R. Narducci Jr. She also lovingly cared for her mother and played a central role in raising her grandson, Jeremy. Ann was gifted in many crafts—gardening, sewing (earning awards in her youth), and cooking—skills she shared generously with those around her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Anna Fricke, and her husband, Joel R. Narducci Sr. She is survived by her sister, Joan Pia (Robert Pia); her daughter, Laurie Narducci (Richard Ball); her son, Joel R. Narducci Jr. (Elizabeth); and her grandsons, Jeremy Narducci (Megan Polnow) and Miles Narducci.
A service will be held on February 28th, 2026 at 10:45 AM at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 30 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting, NJ 08759.
In honor of her memory, contributions may be made to the Dementia Society of America in lieu of flowers—a tribute that reflects the compassion and resilience she carried throughout her years.
