Barbara A. Everhart

Barbara was born on March 2, 1935 in Wilkes-Barre, PA to the late Walter and Verna Macierowski. She graduated from GAR High School. Barb met her husband Jim at GAR and they were married on August 21, 1954. They raised 2 children together. Along with being with family, socializing with friends she enjoyed playing golf. She spent most of her life in the Triple City area of southern NY.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jim; daughter, Beth Ann; brothers, Walter and Leonard and by her sister, Frances Dombroski.

Barbara is survived by her sister, Carol Grimes and husband, Thomas as well as her son, Jim and daughter-in-law Michelle of Durham, NC; granddaughter, Amber Gordon and husband Scott of Cary, NC and Brittany Covel and husband, Jason of Apex, NC; and 3 great-grandchildren Sutton, Tenley and Beckett Gordon.

She will be missed but not forgotten. Her friendly smile, easy going attitude and ability to have conversation with all cannot be replaced. She cherished her family and leaves us with lasting memories.
