Barbara was born October 7, 1941 in Passaic, NJ to the late Ernest and Eleanor Contrestan Fette. She was employed as a travel agent retiring after over 30 years of service. Barbara enjoyed traveling, cooking and painting.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 26 years, John Joseph Lettiere; daughter, Barbara Fair (Robert); sons, Shawn Savage (Megane) and William Savage (Tanja); step-son, Joseph Lettiere; step-daughter, Virginia Prentiss (Steve); and six grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander and Matthew Fair; Stephen, Michael and Kaleena Prentiss;
A funeral service will be held 10 am Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Apex Funeral Home Chapel, 550 W. Williams St., Apex, NC 27502. Burial will follow the service at Holly Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-4pm and 6-8pm Monday, October 29, 2018 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
