We are so sad to hear of Ms. Betsy's transition. Ms. Betsy impacted so many people through her volunteer work at Dorcas Ministries. I am so fond of memories of her making quilts for anyone in need and her love for sewing machines. I enjoyed my visits with Ms. Betsy at Morningside and at Fuquay Varina. She and I shared the common value that success is not measured by the things you acquire but the lifes you touch.

I want to send my support to all of you. Betsy was such a wonderful and talented woman, and
I have many good memories of her. She was so kind to her parents, caring for them for many
years. I remember some years ago when I was visiting someone at Morningside finding out
that Betsy was there. As I recall, I later visited her several times. You were fortunate to have her,
and you had her for many years. Sorry I could not attend the funeral. My wife is recuperating from surgery and she had a follow up appointment today and another one tomorrow.
You will continue to be in my prayers. --Mack Thompson

I only met you five years ago but my love & respect for you is so deep.
The stories I have been told about what a great mom & strong women you were from Tony makes me wish I would have met you years before. Maybe then I would have learned to sew and even ate squirrel. And got you to eat eggplant.
Thank you for allowing me to talk your ears off, take pictures all the time & fuss over you when I visited you with Tony.
It was truly my pleasure to be that “yankee voice “.
I Love you & will miss you deeply
Rest In Peace Ms Betsy

Grandma, what a hard working and talented women. Thank you for making all of my prom dress and mine and Julie’s Halloween costumes ...aka the pumpkin costumes . We will never forget the memories of using scraps to make nose warmers.
We know you are at peace and now can spend this with your parents . Please give hugs and kisses to all the other loved ones that you are now able to look over us .
We will miss your smiling face and will remember all the happy memories .
Thanks for all you have taught me.
