She graduated from Norwich High School and relocated to Buffalo and then to Cary in 1995 with her mother.
She is survived by her sister: Pamela J. Ritter, of Apex; brother: Jon Keith Cook and wife Jane, of Cary; a niece and nephew and a great-niece and great-nephews.
