

Tony was born April 29, 1964 in Elyria, Ohio to Leonard Foy and Gina Foy.
Tony graduated from North Ridgeville HS in 1982, then joined the Army National Guard. He then graduated from The Ohio State University as a Respiratory Therapist. He joined the Army Reserves as a Second Lieutenant. He then achieved his Physician Assistant Degree and practiced Emergency Medicine for the next 24 years. He loved Ohio State Buckeye Football and enjoyed barbequing with his smoker and sharing it all.
Tony was a loving husband, father, brother and son. He was loved by all who knew him and will be incredibly missed.
Tony was an inventor, who along with his brother partner Tod Foy, invented the Hip-clip Stethoscope holder, which sells world wide..
Tony is preceded in death by his Father, Leonard Foy.
Tony is survived by his loving wife, Michelle; their children Morgan Foy, Chase Belza and wife Jennifer Belza, Justin Belza, Derek Belza and wife Caralynn Belza, Grandsons Jackson and Lucas. Mother, Gina Foy, Sister Tama Foy, Brother Tod Foy. Inlaws Al and Sandra Pasadyn, Brother-in-law Aaron Pasadyn and wife Jennifer. Also, many cousins, nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 11am - 1pm at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St. Apex, NC 27502. A funeral service will immediately follow in the Apex Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Wake Memorial Park, 7002 Green Hope School Rd. Cary, NC 27519 to follow.
