David Hildebrand

David Wayne Hildebrand II, 35, of Dunn, NC passed away on September 26, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his father, David Wayne Hildebrand,Sr. and is survived by his mother, Darlene Vick, and sister, Whitney Spencer.

David was born in Raleigh, NC on March 24, 1989, and has been a light for those that knew him since that day. He loved those around him deeply and was the protector/caregiver for his family. His laughter was contagious, and his smile could light up a room. His childhood days spent in mechanic shops instilled a lifelong passion for cars and racing, and he loved spending time researching vehicles. Though David never had any children of his own, he was always referred to as “Uncle David” by all his friend’s kids and leaves behind a niece who loves him immensely. He will be deeply missed by those that knew and loved him.
