Dave’s sense of humor and good nature made him a friend to all. He described a pig pickin to me and peaked my interest as a “northerner “ . I later had the opportunity to expose him to live lobster and arranged to have some shipped to home. His story on that was they grew attached playing with the lobsters and then cringed when they heard them “scream “ when put in the pot.
Just one of many good memories of Brother Dave, colleague and friend. Condolences to all.

Although we lived either side of the ocean, Dave and I shared a hobby which brought us together in 1994. From 1997 my wife Elizabeth and I paid several memorable visits to Roberts Road and formed a treasured friendship with Dave and Teresa. He was able to make a trip to London in 2016 accompanied by Liz and Bryan enabling me to repay some of the hospitality he and the family had so generously given my wife and I. Sadly his declining health curtailed our contact. Nevertheless, I have always treasured his friendship  as a true blessing. 

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Trantham several times when his son, Richard, brought him into the office.  Lovely man. 

Condolences to his family.

Dave was the first roommate I had with Endo at my first cycle (sales) meeting in Atlanta in 1973.  He was then and always was a wonderful person to be around because of his great personality, friendship and fantastic ability to tell very entertaining stories.  He left this world a better place with wonderful memories for all who knew him.  i feel certain he is enjoying being with Teresa again.   God bless his family and rest in peace Dave.

Out of all these wonderful photos, I think there are only two that David does not have a great smile on his face.   Our memories are many, one being his nick name in high school ...Cat and his black car, his fantastic ability of telling hilarious stories that cracked us all up at family gatherings.....wow !!

With all that said and done......we feel so grateful that he and Teresa are together again.

May he rest in peace.
