She is survived by Shawn Case (Scott Bailey), Erin Nelson (Paul), Gara Pocalyko (TJ), Carl George (Carol), three grandchildren Emma, Brandt and Wesley, the Loetterle family, a sister, two brothers and several nieces and nephews.
Dawn loved going to bingo, helping others, collecting lighthouses and spending time with her grandchildren.
The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Wake Med Cary Hospital.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Apex Funeral Home on Thursday, February 25th from 6-8 pm.
