It has been a very difficult few weeks without our colleague and friend, Don. He was my partner on my current project, helping me lead a Security initiative here at Gallagher. The impact he had on me personally and professionally was profound. I miss him dearly, and am eternally grateful to have been blessed with his friendship, however short it may have been.. I'll always marvel at how masterfully he could hold a conversation about anything and everything. He is sorely missed, but will be remembered always.

Don was such a friendly and engaging person. One of my favorite families ever. He was an amazingly devoted father and it was such a joy that our families  spent those  first 3 years together with our boys. I am so saddened to hear how we lost a great man. Heaven gained a good one. God bless you Courtney💔

I had the opportunity to work with Don on one of our initiatives at Gallagher, and I’ll always remember the energy and warmth he brought to every interaction. He was incredibly talkative (in the best way) and loved sharing stories from his travels and the cultures he encountered along the way. His enthusiasm and his presence always brought a unique and uplifting vibe to the team. Don will be deeply missed, especially for the spirit and positivity he carried with him.

I had the pleasure of working with Don in one of our current projects at Gallagher. Don's enthusiasm to share words of wisdom, knowledge and random fun facts in our calls will be missed. His liveliness really made working with him enjoyable. My condolences to his family. He will truly be remembered and missed.

My favorite memory of my Uncle Don, was when I was a kid. Took a family trip out to California in 1998. Took us to Disneyland and sight seeing. He had gotten my sister and I to sound like little birds in the back seat by having us say Jeep- Jeep every time we saw one. And as little joke he went by a post office and a dealership. To this day I will still say Jeep- Jeep. Sending my love to my Aunt Courtney and to my cousin's Joe, Kat and Will and to family and friends.

Don had a rare gift for connection, and I'm so grateful to have heard some of his incredible life experiences and lessons.  He could make anything interesting.  I remember he shared his knowledge on expiration dates and product stocking strategies; we had a good laugh about the absurdity of thousand-year-old ancient salt being sold with an expiration date.  Though he is gone, his kindness, wisdom and the way he made others feel valued are timeless.  His memory truly has no expiration date. Don was a remarkable person who always made time to support and encourage those around him. He will be greatly missed.  Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

Don is a great guy with many stories to tell.  No matter the topic, Don could always relate to it and add his experiences to the conversation.   Constantly spoke with a smile and a cheer in his heart.  We both shared the love of our beloved Dallas Cowboys, publicly I might add.   He will be missed. Don was only a member of our security architecture team here at Gallagher for a short period of time before his passing but in those few months he made such an impact on so many.  He quickly became a valued team member and trusted advisor.  He is missed.  Our deepest condolences go out to his family and close friends at this time.

He coached so many years of soccer and our family was privileged  to be on his team. He was such a good man. A wonderful father, husband and friend. I’m truly heartbroken and still can’t believe he’s gone. I worked with him about 2 years, he wasn’t just my boss — he was an angel in disguise who guided me through my career with kindness and wisdom. When I returned from maternity leave, he made it possible for me to work from home — something I’ll forever be grateful for. He always reminded me, “Treat people the way you want to be treated,” and he lived by that every single day.

He was a pure blessing in my life — always supportive, humble, and full of goodness. Losing him feels like losing one of my life’s greatest supports.

My heartfelt prayers go out to his family — may GOD give them strength and peace to recover from this unimaginable loss. May his soul rest in the highest place in heaven. He will always be remembered with deep respect and love.

Don was my boss for a couple years. Sincerely, one of the best bosses I've ever had in my 45 years in IT. Moreso, I considered Don a good friend. He and I had a lot in common and we had the same good sense of humor.

I will miss him. My condolences to his family and friends.

Don Clark's youngest son Will Clark has been my best friend for years, and throughout my friendship with Will I have talked to Mr. Clark a multitude of times. He was always very sweet, he had a strong interest in my Indian culture and would always want to be more aware and know more about it. It impressed me since not many people actively seek out information on other cultures. He was a kind soul, the last time I saw him he told me about connections that he has in the area that I was moving to for university, and told me whenever I am in need of anything to tell Will to text him. He would always look out for me and was always willing to converse with me about anything, and it was something I really appreciated about him. I hope he rests in peace, and I give my condolences for the whole family.

Sorry to hear the loss of you Don. I worked with him just for one  year or so and the impact he has made over that period was incredible. 
He loved India so much, that i felt he was more Indian than American. Every topic of ours would be about sports or his travel to India. 
How he loved to work in Bangalore, the people his met, the teams he lead etc. 
He is very down to earth and very helpful human being and he will truly be missed.

This is truly heart-breaking. Don was such a kind-hearted person who always looked out for others. In the few occasions I had the privilege to work with him, I saw how passionate he was about supporting people and ensuring things were carried through to the finish line. It's hard to believe you are gone. May God give those that you left behind the fortitude to bear the loss. Adieu Don. RIP

I first met Don on October 23, 2023, in Irving, Texas. We spent over five hours together that day, talking about many different things and even enjoying lunch at an Indian restaurant. We were colleagues at McCormick, but more than that, he became a true friend.

I am deeply shocked and still cannot believe this. Don was a true gentleman — he always spoke kindly about everyone around him. We shared a lot of meaningful conversations, and he often talked about his Indian friends and the visits he made while working there. We also spoke frequently about Dallas, since I live here, and he would share helpful advice about my son’s high school and college plans.
We were planning to meet again the next time he visited Dallas. It’s hard to accept that such a warm, thoughtful, and genuine person is no longer with us. He will be greatly missed.
I wish the family and friends once again deepest condolences and request to stay strong in this moment of grief. May his soul rest in peace.

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Don. Over the past two years of working together remotely, I came to appreciate his dedication, professionalism, and the thoughtful way he approached challenges. While we didn’t always see eye to eye, I always respected his perspective and valued the collaboration we shared.
Even though we never met in person, his presence was felt strongly through our work. I will remember him not only as a colleague but as someone who contributed meaningfully and challenge me with his way of thinking differently about certain topics.

I had the the great privilege of working with Don for over 2 years at McCormick. During that time, Don and I built a great personal and working relationship. He always spoke kindly and treated everyone around him with great respect. He and I fondly spoke about our favorite hockey teams and how much he looked forward to watching the canes. His passing comes as a great shock and Don will be greatly missed.

Don was one of the nicest guys on the planet.  He was much like our dad.  He was thoughtful and was always willing to help and rarely complained even though he had plenty he could complain about.  I loved him and miss him and I hope I can be nore like him.  I know he is up there with our mom and dad now and I will join him someday.  I have so many great memories with him.
