Donna Allen Harris passed away peacefully and entered heaven at Transitions Lifecare Hospice on September 1, 2021. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, William Harris; son, Edward Tilley; daughter-in-law, Susan Tilley; granddaughter and special love of her life, Katie Tilley; sister-in-law, Debra Harris; her sister, Carol Upchurch; and brother, Jay Allen.
She was predeceased in death by her mother, Dorothy Bryant; father, Jesse Allen; and step-father, Cecil
Bryant.
Her declining health did not prevent her from putting her families’ needs and care before her own. A special
love for her was going to antique shops and yard sales with her mother and sister.
She had a lifelong love of music and loved to sing with her angelic voice.
A special celebration of her life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, do- nations may be sent to Transitions LifeCare in Raleigh.
