Born on June 26, 1966, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late John Vincent Fitzgerald and Evelen Helen Kozlowski Fitzgerald. In her early years, she worked as a makeup artist and cake decorator before dedicating herself to raising and homeschooling her daughter.
Elizabeth had a deep love for the Lord and found peace in her faith as a born-again Christian. Her devotion was unwavering—she often proclaimed she was saved by the blood of Jesus Christ. “Hallelujah” was not just a word to her but a joyful expression of her salvation.
She enjoyed drawing portraits in her free time and loved to travel before illness limited her ability to do so. Her creativity and adventurous spirit were cherished by those who knew her.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Christopher Osterman of Holly Springs, NC; and her daughter, Callie Grace Osterman of Holly Springs, NC.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Apex Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Apex Funeral Home. Burial followed immediately at Greenlawn Cemetery in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.
Elizabeth’s life was marked by faith and love. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her and peace in the promise of eternal life.
In lieu of flowers, please support my beloved daughter Callie.
