Elizabeth Anne Starritt was born on October 27, 1985 in Dallas, Texas. She was born two minutes after her twin brother, Stephen. The twins were the first of the seven children born to Frank Joseph Greco and Anne Marie Kendro Greco.
She is survived by her husband Luke, their children: Caleb, Sophia, Max, Emma, Kate and Isabella, her brothers: Stephen, Michael, Daniel, James, Nicholas and Anthony, and her parents: Frank and Anne Greco.
The Greco family moved to Cary, NC in June 1988. Elizabeth graduated from Apex High School and went on to attend Peace College from 2004-2008. She graduated from Peace College in the Spring of 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. Afterwards, she worked in HR and Payroll for several hospitals in the area.
Elizabeth was a faithful, life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Luke and Elizabeth were married and sealed for time and eternity on September 2, 2006, in the Raleigh NC Temple. Her greatest pleasure in life was being a wife and a mother.
A service to celebrate Elizabeth’s life will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 590 Bryan Drive, Apex, NC 27502. Visitation will be held before the service from 11:15 – 11:50AM, at the church.
