Elvira was born on March 1, 1929 in Waterbury, CT to the late Raffaele and Rosa Tortorici. She worked for 20 + years in the Orlando Regional Healthcare system and retired as the nighttime nursing supervisor.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Emory, their daughter, Vicki Ball, as well as siblings: Eugene Tortorici, Domenica Martocchio and Calogera Mazzamaro.
She is lovingly remembered by her son, Gary Cave, his wife Michelle and their 5 children, daughter, Lesa Durkin, her husband Sean and their 2 children, as well as her sister Sandy Giacomi and brother Michael Tortorici.
