Eric was born July 6, 1996 to his loving mother, Jamie Batchelor. He had a wonderful personality, was very compassionate and had a wonderful sense of humor. Eric will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
In his spare time, Eric enjoyed playing video games, being outdoors and being with his family.
Eric is preceded in death by his grandmother, Anna Gaffney grandfathers, James G. Batchelor, Sr. and Tommie Truelove, his great grandmother, Catherine Truelove, his great grandfather, Glenn Truelove, his uncle, Marcus Gaffney and his special great uncle and aunt, Robert and Jane Brown.
Eric is survived by his mother, Jamie Batchelor, father, Scott Truelove, his sister, Michelle Tigner, his grandmother, JoAnne Stutts, aunt, Patricia Ansley, uncle, Jimmy Batchelor, and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends Monday, August 5, 2019 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex, NC 27502. A memorial service to celebrate Eric's life will be held at 6:00pm, Monday, August 5, 2019 at Apex Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Eric's honor to the Autism Society of America, 4340 East West HWY, Suite 350, Bethesda, MD 20814.
