Frederick Edward Rewkowski

Frederick Edward Rewkowski, 54, of Apex, died Friday, February 21, 2014 at Rex Hospital. He was born on October 1, 1959 in Brooklyn, NY to Frederick T. Rewkowski and Margaret Quintin Rewkowski. Fred moved to North Carolina in 2000. He served the Apex Community as the Chaplain of Apex Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Rewkowski; son: Matthew Rewkowski; daughters: Kristin and Kaitlyn Rewkowski; sisters: Carol Cayton and husband, Russell of Raleigh, Margaret Prusik and husband, Anthony of Apex, and Dolores Rewkowski of Apex. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, February 24, 2014 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Apex Funeral Home.
