Our group supports servers over on the main EPA campus.  Geoff was our contact for Backup Exec support and later Anti-viurs support.  He was always a very nice guy to work with and very patient in explaining the solution to our problem.  Because he was such a nice guy, we would call him first to find out who supported other software at the EPA.  Our whole team will miss him.  After attending the funeral service, I saw that the same was true for his family.  It was very emotional for us all.  Our thoughts go out to all of you.

We just returned from Geoff's funeral and Joe remarked that we really missed out by not getting to know Geoff better over the years...it is apparent that he was one great guy.  He will be missed.

I worked with Geoff for a number of years and he was always quick with a smile. My condolences to his family during this difficult time. He will be missed

I have been working with Geoff every day for the past 11 months. It seems like we had been co-workers much longer as he was like family. I am deeply saddened with the sudden loss of our dear friend. My heart goes out to his family that he loved so very much. God bless you all during this difficult time.

My coworkers, my family, and I will greatly miss Geoff.  He was always kind and loved to discuss the joys of his family.  He always shared valuable wisdom with me which I have used in raising my own children.  My son, 2, made it a point to stop by his office to give him "high-fives" when my wife brought our kids to the office.  I always looked up to Geoff as a mentor and a friend, he will be greatly missed.  I consider myself a very lucky person to have had the chance to work with him, laugh with him, and to have learned from him.  Geoff, you will always be loved, cherished, and remembered by so many people who had the privilege to know you and to be a part of your life.

Sending my condolences and uplifting Geoff's family in prayer during this unforeseen loss of a great person who was so nice, easy to talk to, interested in you and your family, and always helpful with assisting you at work.

I've known and worked w/ Geoff for about 6 years or so.  He will truly be missed.  I know I will definitely miss saying, "Hey, Geoff!", like I always do as I pass his office in the morning on way to my own as well as double-backing later to chit-chat.

Geoff was a great guy and I know he will truly be missed.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family as you go through this difficult time.  I worked with Geoff at the EPA for years and he was always happy to help when he could.

Geoff was a brilliant man but you could not know that based on his “super laid back” personality.  It was only after you had an opportunity to spend time with him working on issues or just “chewing the fat” did realize how brilliant, talented and worldly Geoff was. 

He was always eager to talk about and share photos of his trips around the country and the world. I'm going to miss those times.  I'm going to miss Geoff's physical and spiritual presence. 

I'm happy for you Geoff, because I know you're in a much better place!

It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye to my friend and co-worker. I have had the pleasure of many a conversation with Geoff over the last ten years. I believe our first was about cycling when he came to work one day wearing a CSC jersey, pushing his bike down the hall, many years ago. 

Geoff was a gentle, caring and considerate person. A hard working man with high morals and character who loved his family and was proud of his children. 

I will miss our conversations and know he will be missed by all who knew him. Here at work, we keep a part of him in our hearts and have his banana tree and memories to remember him by. We can only take solace in the fact that, although Geoff left this world too soon,he left doing something he enjoyed.

May sweet memories soon fill your hearts and melt away the sorrow you are feeling today.

I've worked with Geoff at the EPA for  a number of years now.  He, for sure left his mark on the work that he did but mostly on the people he dealt with. He was ALWAYS helpful and was a joy to work with.  He made a difference in everything he did.  I will miss him.  My prayers are with his co-workers, friends and his family (which I know he loved dearly) as we all struggle with the loss of a great man, friend, husband and dad.

Geoff was such a nice person.  Always willing to assist me each time I contacted him,  and provided excellent customer service for well over 10 years.  Geoff will be truly missed.  To his family, May God comfort you through this difficult time, but just think of the good times you had with him and remember his kind spirit.  May God Bless your family.

I have known Geoff for almost a year and a half since moving here from Virginia.  I have also had the pleasure of being Geoff's teammate and we shared an office together.  Geoff was a wonderful person and friend.  Geoff enjoyed life and loved his family.  He spoke very highly of his family and was really happy about his recent visit to Italy.  He shared some of the photos with me and even used one of the photos as a screen saver on the desktop of his work computer.  I will always remember Geoff and the impact he had on all of the people who were blessed enough to know him.  GOD Bless the Chamberlin family.
