He is survived by his daughters: Angela Horton (Tony) of Apex, and Kym Robbins of California; mother: Pauline Lawrence Habuda of Raleigh; sister: Meredith Beasley (James) of Willow Springs; brothers: Johnny M. Habuda (Joyce) and Danny L. Habuda both of Rolesville; six grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
He joins in Heaven his son: Jody Perry and his father.
A celebration of his life will be at 7:00 pm Friday, May 23, 2014 at Calvary Chapel, 1600 Center St., Apex, NC.
