Hilda Blanco

Born and raised in Cuba, she came to settle in New York where she started a family and cultivated lifelong friendships. She was a longtime business owner of a beauty salon in Port Chester before retiring to Pinellas Park, Florida. In her retirement she enjoyed attending family gatherings, golfing, bowling, and visiting casinos. Her zest for life and strong independent spirit took her on many wonderful adventures. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Hilda was the beloved late wife of Berne Replogle. She is survived by her only daughter Marilyn Griman, son in law Emilio Griman, granddaughter Tess Griman, sister Alejandrina Garcia and brother Lorenzo Blanco. She was blessed with 3 step grandchildren, 2 step great grandchildren, 9 nieces and nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews, 5 great-great nieces and nephews and 3 godchildren.

The Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Thursday, August 27 at Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Apex.

The family welcomes all to attend while requesting all attendees follow social distancing and mask wearing procedures.
